“ Over the past decade at Careassist, my journey has been a remarkable one filled with growth, challenges, and achievements. Starting as a full-time staff member selected from Harrow College while pursuing my studies in health and social care, I've always been driven by a passion to make a difference. Throughout the years, I've had the opportunity to work across three different services within the organization, constantly seeking new ways to thrive and succeed. As a dedicated team player, I've strived to excel, pushing myself to complete health and social care level 3 and 4 qualifications through hard work and dedication. In July 2022, I was honoured to step into the role of team manager for Lynton Road, and since February, I've taken on the additional responsibilities as manager for Park Drive and Lynton Road. These roles have not only allowed me to lead and inspire others but have also reinforced my commitment to continuous growth and excellence in everything I do. ”
