Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the expertise of our extensively trained support workers, team leaders and management.

Transforming the face of supported living.

At Care Assist, we believe the quality of care starts with the quality of our people. Our support workers, team leaders, and managers are extensively trained in their respective fields, with 24-hour access to senior support across all our homes.

We invest continuously in training and professional development, ensuring the people we support benefit from skilled, consistent, and compassionate care every day.

We take a modern, strengths-based approach to supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs — one that focuses on what people can do, not what they can't.

Support is tailored to each individual's needs, preferences, and goals. We respect people's autonomy and work alongside them to make meaningful decisions about their own lives. We embrace neurodiversity, recognising that neurological differences are natural variations of human experience, not deficits to be managed.

We actively support people's mental and emotional wellbeing, recognising that individuals with learning disabilities can be disproportionately affected by anxiety, depression, and stress. Where needed, we help people access appropriate mental health services and ensure that support is joined up.

Families and carers are partners in the support we provide. We keep them informed, involve them in planning, and make sure they have access to the resources and guidance they need. We also advocate strongly for the rights of the people we support — ensuring equal access to healthcare, benefits, and services, and protecting everyone in our care from any form of discrimination.

At Care Assist we take a modern approach to supporting people.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that every person, regardless of their disability or support need, can live a fulfilling life and contribute meaningfully to their community. That belief shapes everything we do.
