Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the expertise of our extensively trained support workers, team leaders and management.

Transforming the face of supported living.

Our team compromises extensively trained. Our support workers are well versed and proficient, with extensive training in their respective fields. All the homes have 24hr access to support from senior members of the team. We invest in continuous training and education to maintain a staff of highly skilled staff.

We try to use minimal agency staff so the people we support have continuity of care.

A modern approach to supporting people emphasizes a holistic and inclusive perspective, focusing on the well being and potential of individuals with learning disabilities. This is achieved by working in a Person centred way. Tailoring education and support to the specific needs, strengths, and interest of each individual. This respects their autonomy and empowers the people we support to make decisions about their education and care. Inclusive education promoting inclusive education within mainstream schools. Strengths- based approach recognise and capitalise on the strengths and talents of the individual with learning disabilities. Encourage their unique skills and interests to foster self-esteem and confidence. Assistive Technology Integrate the use of modern assistive technologies and tools that aid individuals to access and participate in education and daily life. Neurodiversity Perspective embracing the concept of neurodiversity, which views neurological differences, including learning disabilities, as natural variations of the human brain rather than deficits to be fixed. This perspective promotes acceptance and celebrates diversity. Mental health and Well-Being we address the emotional and menta health needs of individuals with learning disabilities, recognising that they may experience higher rates of anxiety, depression and stress. We provide appropriate support and access to the correct mental health services. At Care Assist we encourage Parent and Caregiver involvement we engage with families in the educational and support process, keeping them informed and involved in decision making while providing access to all of the relevant resources and support. At Care Assist we take a modern approach to supporting people.
