Primary diagnosis of Mental Health
Supporting independence while providing a safe protected environment. Our new community support service providing outcome focused support for adults with Mental Health, who require housing related support to live successfully in their local community.
Our supported living services offer self-contained apartments configured to meet the needs of the service users in single occupancy units with additional communal living areas and kitchen a functional activity room.
Located in Ealing and Hillingdon, the service is within close proximity to local services and amenities, including major transport links.
The new service has been designed to offer people more flexible support and more choice about the kind of support they receive, giving them more control over their own recovery. It aims to support people to connect with their community, use local resources and map and strengthen their informal networks of support to promote independence.
