Frithwood House is our new community specialist Supported Living scheme providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
Frithwood House offers six self-contained apartments configured to meet the needs of the service users in single occupancy units with additional communal living areas and a functional sensory room.
Located in the suburbs of Northwood Hills in Hillingdon, the home is within close proximity to local services and amenities, including major transport links.
We provide ongoing behavioural assessment and a high staffing levels means that we are able to meet the changing needs of service users as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.

We ensure day-to-day practice is embedded in an overarching framework of support whereby the whole team around the person, consciously taking into account the interaction, communication and flexibility of each individual we support.
We provide a comprehensive individually tailored care / support plan that is proactively delivered by the whole staff team in an integrated, systematic and consistent manner reducing and modifying complex behaviours.
Our client profile
Adults, aged 18+
Primary diagnosis of learning disability, physical disabilities accompanied with challenging behaviour including mental illness, Autism, physical impairment.
May have autism or Asperger’s syndrome requiring highly structured and / or modified stimuli environments.
We do accept people detained under the Mental Health Act.
